At Olyra, we're redefining how businesses operate by designing and deploying AI Agents that automate intelligent tasks and optimize business processes. We help mid-market and enterprise clients integrate AI into their daily operations—not just as a tool, but as a transformative partner. Join us if you’re ready to help shape the future of automation, one AI Agent at a time.
Job Purpose (What You’ll Do)
As an AI Agent Developer, you'll build intelligent agents that perform real business functions using a combination of LLMs (OpenAI, local models), process orchestration tools (n8n, Power Automate), and API integrations. Your work will be embedded in real-world client environments—automating tasks, making decisions, and delivering measurable ROI. You'll collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to define, develop, and deploy working systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI Agents that combine reasoning, automation, and system integration
- Work with tools like n8n, Python, REST APIs, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) to orchestrate workflows
- Integrate LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) with business logic and proprietary client processes
- Optimize prompts, memory, and interaction handling for agent performance and relevance
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and demonstrate early agent prototypes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, infrastructure engineers, and UX leads
- Maintain structured documentation and agent knowledge bases for internal reuse and scalability
- Troubleshoot, test, and iterate based on performance metrics and client feedback
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience building automation or AI-enhanced systems
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python preferred) and low-code tools (n8n, Power Automate, etc.)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data flow across SaaS systems
- Experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, LLAMA) including prompt engineering
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, and cloud environments (Hetzner, Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Ability to work in an agile environment, communicate clearly, and meet delivery deadlines
- Comfortable with asynchronous communication and remote collaboration tools
- Valid work permit for the country you will work from
Nice to have
- Experience with MCP
- Background in Business Process Automation (BPMN, RPA, ERP integration)
- Experience with multilingual deployments (EN/PT/ES)
- Familiarity with AutoGen, CrewAI or other multi-agent frameworks
What's great in the job?
- Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture
- No dumb managers, no stupid tools to use, no rigid working hours
- No waste of time in enterprise processes, real responsibilities and autonomy
- Expand your knowledge of various business industries
- Create content that will help our clients on a daily basis
- Real responsibilities and challenges in a fast evolving company
