Job Purpose (What You’ll Do)
As a Trainer / Enablement Lead at Olyra, you’ll design and deliver training programs that ensure both clients and internal teams can confidently adopt and use AI Agent-driven automation solutions. You’ll create onboarding content, hands-on workshops, and enablement materials that translate technical functionality into practical, business-friendly learning. Your work will directly impact adoption, retention, and client satisfaction by helping users get the most value from our solutions—and ensuring Olyra team members stay aligned on delivery best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead training programs for clients adopting AI Agents, automation workflows, and integrated tools (e.g., n8n, Dynamics 365, MCP)
- Create enablement materials including tutorials, onboarding guides, checklists, process diagrams, and short videos
- Conduct live and recorded onboarding sessions, Q&A clinics, and role-specific walkthroughs for client teams
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants to align training delivery with specific use cases and business processes
- Support internal team enablement by creating and maintaining structured SOPs, playbooks, and workflow documentation
- Track adoption success metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve training experiences
- Develop knowledge base content for ongoing reference and scale (e.g., documentation portal, LMS, internal wiki)
- Ensure all training accommodates regional variations (language, tech stack, business culture)
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in technical training, client onboarding, or enablement—preferably in SaaS, automation, or consulting environments
- Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business users
- Experience designing and delivering learning content (presentations, videos, guides) across multiple formats
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially in remote-first settings
- Familiarity with process automation, low-code tools, or AI-driven platforms (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, OpenAI)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple enablement tracks for internal and external users
- Proficient with documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Valid work permit for the country you will work from
Nice to have
- Experience training teams on AI Agent usage, RPA tools, or intelligent automation systems
- Exposure to LMS platforms and digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, Tovuti)
- Multilingual (English + Portuguese and/or Spanish) for supporting Latin American clients
- Background in change management, adult learning theory, or structured onboarding methodologies (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, etc.)
