Job Purpose (What You’ll Do)
As a DevOps / MLOps Specialist at Olyra, you’ll build and maintain the infrastructure that enables our AI Agent and automation platforms to run reliably, securely, and at scale. You’ll manage containerized environments (Docker, k8n), orchestrate CI/CD pipelines, monitor deployed services, and ensure smooth deployment of AI Agents and automation systems across cloud environments. Your expertise will be essential to delivering high-availability, low-latency infrastructure that supports intelligent agent workflows, prompt execution, data handling, and ongoing model performance.
Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and secure Docker-based environments used for deploying AI Agents, n8n workflows, and supporting services
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automation logic, LLM workflows, and infrastructure updates
- Manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like Hetzner, Azure, or AWS, with a focus on performance and cost-efficiency
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and service orchestration with tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar
- Support containerized deployment of AI/ML models, ensuring scalability, monitoring, and rollback capability
- Work closely with developers and AI engineers to ensure infrastructure supports agent behavior and API call performance
- Configure secure networking (VPNs, firewalls, reverse proxies) and monitor uptime, usage, and alerts for all environments
- Maintain security standards across all systems, including user access controls, TLS/SSL, and data backups
Must Have
- 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or infrastructure engineering for SaaS or automation platforms
- Proven experience with Docker, Linux-based systems, and cloud VPS providers (e.g., Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Azure, AWS)
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) and experience automating tasks and deployments
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience managing containerized services for AI models, APIs, and orchestration tools like n8n, MCP, or WordPress
- Understanding of security best practices, including access control, SSL, and secure data storage
- Comfortable working remotely, managing multiple environments, and collaborating with globally distributed teams
- Valid work permit for the country you will work from
Nice to have
- Experience supporting LLM-based agents or multi-agent architectures using frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, or MCP
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Uptime Kuma, or Watchtower
- Previous work maintaining on-premise or hybrid environments for automation or AI workloads
- Exposure to MLOps practices like model versioning, deployment pipelines, and inference optimization
- Ability to support multilingual environments or infrastructure for global teams (English, Portuguese, Spanish)
